I *used* to be really happy with this dealership. Until now, of course, which is why I'm writing this. Three weeks ago, the transmission on my 2013 200 stopped working. There was no warning - no check engine light, no noise, nothing. It just stopped engaging and I was stuck on the bridge over 80 in the middle of Christmas traffic coming from the mall. That's not the dealership's fault, obviously, but my boyfriend had the car towed to Nielsen the next day, where he was told they would look at it either that day or the next. For the next week, I called several times and had to leave messages. I never got a return call. When I finally got the service guy on the phone, who I won't name because even though I'm pissed I still like him, he told me he'd speak to the manager about a loaner and get back to me. Of course I didn't hear back. Then the second week - I called again a few times without a callback. When I called and insisted on holding, I was given attitude by whomever answered. When the manager picked up, he told me to give him 15-20 minutes and he would call me back. He never called me back. The next morning I had him on the phone and he told me that the car hadn't even been LOOKED at yet. That's TWO AND A HALF weeks of my car sitting in there, without anyone even LOOKING at it - AND I had no idea!! Because they never called me back!! Meanwhile, I have a rental that's costing a fortune. I called the Chrysler corporate service line and they completely have their heads up their you-know-what's too. I don't know of a better dealership. I do know that my family has been a Chrysler family forever and that's all we have ever bought. I have two auto purchases that are coming up and I know for damn sure that neither will be coming out of Nielsen.

The Nielsen team made the buying process extremely easy and enjoyable. Joe Alfano and team had everything ready for my wife and I when we arrived. We got there 10:00 am on a Saturday and drove out with our beautiful new Grand Cherokee before 11:30. A great experience!!! I highly recommend Nielsen Dodge Chrysler Jeep

We described what we were looking for and within minutes the salesman returned with a vehicle that was everything we hoped for. After a test drive by my wife and myself, we knew it was the one. Went back to the showroom. set up the lease agreement and left an hour later with her new car. This was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had purchasing a car, no pressure, no additional items I didn't want or need. I would definitely recommend people to check out Nielsen when looking for a car!

the buying experience went well, but sales person asked to use my cell phone to call his girlfriend to bring a plate back to the dealership. She then called my phone back after the salesperson gave me my phone back making for an awkward situation. When when i went to sign my paperwork they had no idea i was coming which delayed my time finishing, however the finance manager Tom was quick and professional. The test drive could have been a little longer too, but as I have found that with most dealerships on main highways they test drives consist of "loops" around a small back streets usually less than 1/4 mile.

Dave is a great sales representative, he is more concerned with satisfying a customer than making a sell. He will find the car that you need at the price you can afford. In fact we bought 2, 75th Edition Jeep , Grand Cherokee's. We went to 3 other Jeep dealerships before meeting Dave
