Nicole A Arroyo couldn't be the most honest sweet and helpful person I think I've have ever encountered here! Her service was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable informational and very clear about everything I definitely enjoyed that also I got to get in the car I fell in love with due to Nicole hard work! She was determined and showed great work ethic! I wish more people can be like her! She's definitely a boss and a person that will leave you satisfied and comfortable! Very warm to customers and super understanding and sensitive to ones situations thanks so much Nicole! Your awesome

I had a great experience w. a guy named nick purificato who works there who was very welcoming and inviting. He gave me all the information I needed and had a great personality. I was very surprised to have had such a great experience at one of your facilities and cant WAIT TO COME BACK  TO DISCUSS MORE ABOUT EXACTLY WHAT I WANT. I hope he will be there next time I come which will be very soon and would love nothing better then for him to help me. If he isn't there I don't mind waiting until he is working / there so I can feel comfortable and be respected as much as I was the last time I stopped and came by for information

I just purchased a new car on Monday and the sales associates service was AMAZING... His name is Mario Estaben he was great! Work with us and got us the price we were looking for. I def recommend going here and asking for Mario Esteban you won't be disappointed.

Thanks to Christopher Ramos  Assistant Service Manager. Always very helpful, friendly. Had an issue with my 2014 Corolla he explained to me step by step the work being done to it. Turns out car needed a new part which he ordered. Gave me a loaner while car was being repaired. Ask for Chris when you take your car to Toyota Universe for service.

I normally don't leave reviews on services rendered at car dealerships as most of the time I feel I am being chased and harassed by predators, I mean sales representatives, :(. In this case  though I have to definitely make an exception as Ms Nicolle Arroyo, at this dealership not only demonstrated she knows a lot about cars but mostly she knows how to Courteously  treat potential clients.  I was extremely happy with the service she rendered  me and I must say it was a great experience. I would definitely come back and would recommend  her to my friends and family.
