I ended up leaving Dr. Kelleher's office. I had been going there for a few years with no problems. I had my fillings replaced and one ended up getting cracked less than a year later causing me to get a temporary filling (to assess for a root canal), a root canal, and a crown. I didn't understand why I was having problems with my filling when I just had had it replaced. I was eventually told it was because of the biology of the tooth, but I had to call, leave messages, and repeatedly email to get this information. I felt like they were avoiding me. I had talked to the receptionist explaining that I feel like I shouldn't have to pay for this and she laughed at me. I asked her if she could explain why it was normal for this filling not to last. Alas, they eventually said it was due to the biology of the tooth, but I mostly left because I had to harass them to get this information. I didn't appreciate that they didn't follow up with me when I was very nice and respectful to them.

The best Dental Experience in my life. Staff Professionalism Outstanding!!! My Dentist was kind, gentle, and concerned about my issue. Tooth extraction was quick and I am Grateful!!!! DO VISIT for your dental needs!! ♡

Dr. Kelleher has taken care of my family's teeth since I came to Raleigh in 1992. He and his staff have always provided excellent, efficient, and consistent service. I actually look forward to getting my teeth cleaned when the appointment comes along.

They are so good that after moving to CA I continued twice a year for 12 years to return to Raleigh for dental care. Enough said!
