I was a long time patient here at Crabtree Valley Dental. I had everything from simple cleanings to cavities ,extractions and root canal work done here. However, there were occasions when I would come in and complain about pain from my #14 tooth. This had a root canal treatment about a year ago and Dr. Valentino did the procedure. I came in about 3 times about pain coming from this tooth. Each time, they would do a x-ray and would basically send me home without any prescription for the excruciating pain or any type of explanation on this particular area. At one point they even gave me special toothpaste for it and blamed it on sensitivity. They did not want to believe something was wrong with the root canal procedure they did. So obviously I went to another dentist (Dr.Earp - he is the best) and not only did he look into the problem, but he told me that the previous work was unfinished. Basically one of the canals was deeper and the filling in it was cut short. This was where the suffering pain came from. So he re-did the procedure and now I am not suffering from this anymore and hope I won't. However, I am disheartened to know I had to pay twice for this expensive procedure because it was not done correctly. Anyone would. I will not be going to Crabtree Dental anymore and after leaving in tears last time, I really hope they can take their patients seriously for now on - especially when the work they did on my tooth was not the best. Also, I was unhappy with leaving each time, because they make it very unclear on what exactly you will be paying for. I think the staff is nice, but I would rather have my teeth properly cared for rather than all the pretty things they try to spoil you with. Dr. Earp is who I'd go to if you want a good recommendation for a dentist.

This was the best dental experience I've ever had! From the moment you enter the office it is extremely impressive. Front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. The X-ray tech, dental hygienist and doctor were all informative and caring. I would highly recommend the practice!

I️ will NEVER go back. So on Wednesday January 3, 2018 . I️ contacted Crabtree Valley Dental in excruciating pain pertaining to my wisdom teeth. They immediately scheduled me an appointment with Dr.Verga . I️ have been a patient in the practice since 2015 and I’ve spent thousands here that includes  my insurance and personal money . Any-who, I️ scheduled an appointment for the same day but due to weather and my career  I️ was urged to reschedule my appointment for Thursday January 4, 2018. Thursday wasn’t the best day as the winter stormed ripped through the triangle the night before . Arriving at my appointment 5 mins early as I️ usually do I️ waited to be called by the dental  assistant . When I️ went into the room the Deb talk assistant asked a few questions and then Dr. Varga walked in . Although she’s done major work in my mouth . Today it was as if I was meeting her for the first time . She’s was extremely short and her customer service skills were off ! She read over my patient update then asked me some questions about my pain . She then preceded to ask me about a previous referral to remove my wisdom teeth . I️ explained why I️ never used the referral and then she asked to look at my teeth . She looks at it as if she was scared to touch it and then offers a referral to a oral surgeon (again) give me a prescription for an antibiotic then basically leave . Of course she came back to write the prescription with the dental assistant but she wasn’t worried about me sitting there. Dr.Varga is usually more humble from what I️ remember. Maybe when I started she was new and was trying to build relationships but today WHEWWWW SHE WAA AWFUL. I️ was so upset bc I️ Called 3 Times on Wednesday stating my emergency only to drive there Thursday morning in the snow only to be walked right back out then here’s the kicker . They charged my insurance $110 for opening my mouth, prescribing me an antibiotic and telling me to take a Motrin . Smh !! I’m so disappointed it was an ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME AND INSURANCE MONEY ! They need to look over the charts before the patient come into the office . Bc she didn’t give me an X-ray or anything . I’m guessing she was the only Dr. in house and felt that she was on top of the world and didn’t need to help or be customer oriented..  and the smart remarks she made was extremely condescending but what do I expect from a dentist who takes advantage. I’ve referred all my friends and now I️ have to refer them to another practice .

Every person who works there is so friendly and nice. I have anxiety and told them that. And they were so reassuring and nice. I wasn't anxious at all! The building is so nice and clean! They also have a little area for drinks (coffee, water, etc). I will be coming here from now on! Wonderful!
