I work night shift from home so this place has been a life saver. Open late. Good food. Deliveries get to me quickly. There has been one time that there was a little mix up (which happens in food service) but they fixed it quickly and were polite. Definitely am a regular now. I’m sure they expect a call at least once a week from me at 2am needing a lunch break. 🍕🤤

Horrible customer service. Manager is very unprofessional and rude. I ordered food and was told it’ll take 40-50 minutes for delivery. I didn’t receive my order for almost two hours. Also ordered a dozen chocolate chip cookies that were burnt upon arrival. The manager refused to pick up the cookies and replace them with a fresh batch or issue refund. I WAS a dedicated customer at this establishment but I will NEVER order here again!

The reviews for this place had me wondering whether or not my food would even get here.  Well, 20 minutes later, it was here.  Then I opened it up because I ordered two sandwiches and I wanted to eat half of each of them right now.  They were bigger than I expected and smelled good.  Guess what?  They tasted good too.  Now I haven't had their pizza but I'm thrilled with this place.  I'm going to spend so much more money here.  I don't think anywhere else will deliver a philly at 3am.

Got food several time. Food is hot, fresh and exactly how I ordered.  Always pick it up so I dunno about delivery.  Staff is always nice.

I ordered a pizza with wings last night. 12/20/17 and it was late close to closing. By the time I got my pizza it was flipped inside the box with pieces laying on top of one another. Tried to call back but the store was closed of course. I get off work and call in tonight and tried to have the issue resolved. Apparently because they are a small company and privately owned there is No manager nor a supervisor on duty and their reply to me was to call tomorrow and speak with the manager. I’m highly disappointed in how this was handled. No establishment should be open without a supervisor or management on site to help customers with their issues. I won’t be going back to them.
