Food was not good as expected, I got crab rangoon and a seafood deluxe. Crab wasn't real and numerous wontons wasn't even filled with the rangoon. Also, food was not seasoned amd did not taste well.

My roommates and I order from here every week. Their food is great along with delivery being fast everytime. We've tried many things but the Hunan triple special and hot n sour soup are awesome. I can't believe the low reviews on here.

Horrible! I ordered Singapore Chow Fun, Teriyaki Chicken and Shrimp Rolls for lunch. After eating it my stomach got really upset. It effected guest at my place too. Such poor hygiene I presume. I called the shop the manager was unavailable , whoever picked my phone was least concerned!!

I've never had such bad customer service. I ordered Genero Tso chicken. I always order it and know it's spicy, but here it was spicer than normal. I tried not to complain and just asked for sweet and sour sauce, thinking the sweetness would lessen how spicy it was. The lady gave me a hard time, "next time you need to order sweet and sour chicken". I was so patient, like...I'm not trying to be difficult that's why I just asked for the sauce instead of asking you to make it over. I left. Got home, couldn't eat it because it was SO spicy. Called and she told me, "this is America. This ain't a buffet. If you like something you can't send it back. If you've never had Chinese food before don't order from here. I don't want your business". Never again.

There was no half star option. Ordered pad Thai and it had no flavor. I called and they said they stopped adding the sauce because of complaints. It was literally noodles, tofu, and a lim. We had to haggle to get a refund. Not wore the time we wasted.
