Great store. It was like a lofty museum. The staff was nice. They have no sales. But a great selection.

The female employee sold my boyfriend a women's jacket. He mentioned the funny fit and she blamed it on his broad shoulders and build. How about just tell the man the jacket is for women? Pretty ignorant. I did get good laughs out of it after the fact, though.

I love the Georgetown jerseys and the Georgetown Jordan PE display case on the 3rd floor. The employees have always been helpful in my experiences.

Came here for a return and the staff was very patient and accommodating when dealing with a purchase that was made online. The design of the store is really cool, and the place is massive.
