This past weekend I went to this specific location to transfer files from my PC to my new MacBook air. The Genius Bar associate named Derrick was professional, knowledgeable, and committed to helping me successfully transfer my academic files. Even when the situation seemed bleak... he didn’t give up or brush me off. He took great care with my products and concern. I usually go out of my way to go to the Apple store in Annapolis MD, but from now I’ll stay local with Georgetown. Thank you Derrick!

Super nice customer service. I felt taken care of right away and my waiting time for my appointment was maybe 20 minutes tops. Really happy with the service despite charging an arm and leg for it.

Nice employees, just slow service. Battery replacement took almost two hours even with an appointment and no line. I'll be back, simply because this is the closest Apple store to me.

Professionally greeted once you enter. Always crowded...in demand product. You will wait for service, but cannot over emphasize the professionalism with the Apple crew. Busy as h*** all the time! Parking? Hit or miss. Uber or Lyft is your best option.

They’re generally a good group, but tonight one of the “leaders”, Dakota, was just nasty, condescending, and unhelpful. I had two interactions with her and both times were unpleasant. It’s not what she was saying, it’s how she said it and how she just doesn’t come across as a kind and helpful person. I’ve had really good experience at this store for many years, but she messed it up. If this is the kind of leadership she brings, I’m not sure she’s the right fit for the role.
