A very affordable brand that offers style and great selection.  The problem, the Georgetown location does not provide good customer service.

I bought two suites from the Tyson location on 2/17 after being referred by a friend.  A couple of weeks later I decided to visit the DC store on 3/2 and got basically ignored.  My salesperson kept walking off and paid no attention to my concerns about the fit of my suit.  

I took off the suit, walked out, got in my car and went back to Tyson's.  I explained my situation to them who happened to be the manager.  He apologized profusely and proceed to service me himself where I bought two more suites.

If possible, go to the Tyson Galleria store where you will most likely get good customer service.  You're gambling if you go to the DC store.

The first two times I went here (dressed in business casual) the service was excellent and I was pretty happy with my purchases.

I came here a third time a few months ago to buy a shirt (this time in gym clothes), and couldn't get the attention of any of the salespeople. They asked a gentleman near me if he needed help three separate times (despite the fact that he was focused on his cell phone and not attempting eye contact), but I waited for more than 10 minutes without being able to get service.

I came here again in gym clothes this week, and was completely ignored by the sales staff. The level of service offered seems to be a function of how you are dressed when you enter their store. I was going to purchase 2 new suits- I will now be doing that at Brooks Brothers instead.

Great suit selection. It's important to work with a good salesperson -- my girlfriend and I had Jordan, he was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and I ended up walking away with two incredible suits.  Would definitely shop here again.

Great style. Low prices. The key is good European fabrics sent to China where they are made into suits. Don't expect high quality tailoring for these prices. I've had pants just wear out in a few months. The response of the management was completely unacceptable. They went out of their way to ignore me while I was standing there with the defective garment in hand and then coldly informed me that it was "out of warranty." And I was an active customer having purchased five suits over two years.  So in the end you do get what you pay for here. For a young man who wants a stylish, trim-fitting suit, it's great. But don't expect to be wearing these suits for many years.

I have had an excellent experience so far getting my suit for my upcoming wedding. I have changed my mind a few times now and been pretty indecisive and the staff has been accommodating and patient. I have also been impressed with their knowledge. Had a slight tailoring issue with one suit but they have been very quick to fix the problem and provide some discounts on other purchases to help rectify the issues experienced. Quality all around.

ETA: The suits were finished well before the wedding date and fit perfectly. Honestly, probably one of the best fitting suits I have ever had and we received numerous complements all day on how awesome they turned out.
