Horrible experience with this company with a move from CA to PA.
Not only did they misquote us from the start they also delayed sending out our stuff across country and used unprofessional middle people who were quite rude to me upon arrival and delivery of our things. Many things were missing when they arrived and they even tried to deliver things to us that were not ours. If I had not been there checking things during the delivery, the delivery company would have just left other people's things with us.  Also, both the packers in CA and the delivery company they hired  tried to negotiate with me to use cash and save money on the spot, and even talked poorly of the company they were representing. This seems quite shady.  Both the packers and the delivery company implied that Ninja Movers never gave me an option of saving 10% by using cash, but only the people they "hired" or sent gave me that option. Of course, I didn't have several thousand in cash on me at the time?? We have filed a claim only to hear that Ninja Movers were suppose to tell me of a cash discount.  We filed a claim through the company that they told us to use after they told us we had to wait 3 months for them to attempt to locate our missing things.  After the claim was filed, we heard nothing for month and continued to check in.  Eventually, the claims company got back to us to tell us that Ninja Movers dropped them as their claim company and then we were left with no alternative to use to process our claim?  Now I have been contacted by a new company that claims they have taken over the OLD company?  They offered me $50 as a settlement and that is it?  I said this is not okay and that we would speaking to a lawyer.  They came back and said that they could not offer us $100 as a settlement?  Nope.  We lost a lot more in this company and honestly, they should be SHUT DOWN for this type of behavior.  We spent over $5000 with them and expected our stuff to be treated properly and within the time frame that they indicated.  Sure, they gave a $50 discount for bring quite late in delivery, but that is it.  They basically lied to me several times on the phone telling me that our stuff was literally being put into the moving truck as we were speaking on the phone?  This company is BAD BAD NEWS!

Please consider the date they are not ninja movers , they are tortoise movers. Please don't get caught below scenario.
Unless u know your destination address they it will not be started from beginning place.
Please opt for insurance because for the basic insurance you will get .6 per pound. My desk and lamp is broken worth 200dollars and I got 7.8 dollars ___ definitely something will break in the big truck
Main thing is ask for steps in the delivery area I paid extra 150 dollar for 18 stairs.

Jeff and Enrique come and moved some furniture for us. These guys are wonderful people and professionals. The job was done with the time promised and in a matriculate manner.
I highly recommend Ninja Movers.
Job well done.

I feel compelled to warn others against using this company for moving services.. TL/DR:  They cut open the integral cushion of our couch, and after months of the owner (Barak) of Ninja Movers promising to pay for the damage, we have yet to receive a cent.  This is despite repeated promises to fix the couch or to pay for the damage.

We used them for an in-city (Redwood City) move.  While unwrapping one of our couches--using box cutters, mind you, literally using full arm sweeping motions-they tore through and ripped the fabric of our couch.  They tried to hide the gash in the couch, but we found it while they were unloading other items.  In addition, the foreman of the crew admittedly tried to force our bedroom window open when it was stuck (without asking permission or checking to see if it opens) and completely broke the glass.  At least he told us about that mistake.  At the end of the move, Ninja Movers offered only $150 discount for all that damage, which does not even cover half of the cost for fixing the window.  I subsequently contacted Barak, the owner of Ninja Movers.  He sent his repair person to look at our damaged couch, and his repair person provided a quote to fix it.  Over the course of the next 3 months, Barak repeatedly promised to fix or pay for the damage.  Every time I follow up he has an excuse why he has not righted his wrong.  Given that they ruined a valuable couch, and have strung us along for months on repairing it, I could not recommend this company.  This is just one of many problems we had with this move.

I would strongly recommend going elsewhere.
