Decent gym. Good environment but horrible customer. Very unprofessional. Makes the whole gym visit an uncomfortable one. So ive recently tried to cancel my membership, note that i am not under contract, because i have a move coming and cant make the commute. Before i used to dislike the cancellation process because we had to send the gym a certified letter as to why we'd like to cancel. But now out of nowhere im being told i have to pay a 30 months in advance payment. I was shocked because never have i heard of such a thing and ive been at this gym for a good 2-3 years. Compared to the letter this is outrageous! The employee told me the payment would be for may's payment when its still april. Its ridiculous and if i could give them zero stars i would. Shame, since its a nice gym.

Terrible place. They always have scheme when you try to cancel their membership. Theydouble charge your account and don't even refund you your money.

Honestly the gym is great if you're into real weight lifting. If you're a casual gym goer not the best place especially because the staff is very rude with the exception of one guy. Honestly I would have given it five stars but the staff lacks basic social skills.

These place is horrible, very old machines, no customer service at all, I didn't enjoy it at all... I wish never comeback again. Save your time and money and don't use these gym. They are so much better options up there.
