Fitness Factory Group Fitness Classes
Bootcamp: Fun, creative circuit training, high intensity, cardio & strength training.
Body Conditioning Blast: Combine cardio and free weights with upbeat tempos and get an all over body conditioning workout.
Candlelight Yoga: Focus on breathing, meditation & stretching, while promoting relaxation that helps develop muscular strength, suppleness & flexibility & don’t worry, you will get a workout too. Learn to relax & breathe.
Core Flow Yoga: Meditative breathing, stretching & flowing vinyasa style movements. This class is open to all levels, but is a bit more challenging. Combining Pilates core movements, to strengthen the core.
Happy Hour: A full hour of low impact cardio fun & excitement to de-stress at the end of a hard week! It’s a total body workout using a chair, weighted bar. We mix it up each week.
H.I.T – High Intensity Training:. A head to toe workout that hits several different parts of the body to get you toned. H.I.T is a fast paced, highly intensified session.
Kick It!:. Join black belt Barry for a high kicking good time. Increase heart rate, burn fat and kick your way to a better body.
MOVE: Mixing it up with low impact cardio, strength building, & of course core work. Each week it will be a bit different, so make sure to come & MOVE your body!!!!
Pilates & Toning: Learn the importance of core stabilization, muscle balance, proper alignment, strength & flexibility while working abs, lower back, hips and glutes.
Rhythm Power Sculpt: You don’t have to be a dancer to have fun in this class. Blending several dance styles & exercise techniques this class will give you a total body workout.
Spin: Spin is amazing 45-60 min strength & conditioning workout that features high & low resistance training on a stationary bike. Spin is great way to tone your legs, & burn away unwanted fat.
Sweat &Sculpt: High energy step circuit workout that combines weight training & cardio bursts to keep your heart rate elevated so you burn more calories while strengthening & toning muscles.
Urban Hip Hop: Learn incredible Urban Hip Hop dance moves, but at the same time have fun & lose the pounds & inches. You don't have to be a dancer; you just have to want to have fun! Come & get your groove on!!!
Zumba: A fusion of Latin & International music - dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature interval training with a combination of fast & slow rhythms that tone & sculpt the body.
