Story

"Welcome to our Paramus club in Paramus, NJ. At our health and fitness center, we believe in changing lives through fitness. Our state-of-the-art facility has just about every feature you could wish for in a gym membership. Our club offers a wide range of group exercise classes, personal training and a wealth of other benefits and features. Whether you plan to lose weight, tone-up, or train for a big event, our club offers a wide variety of gym memberships which you can buy online or in-club.

I am extremely upset with the associate who assisted me! I came to the gym with a 3 days free access. I was looking for another gym since I recently cancelled my old gym membership. I had email to prove it. The associate said I cannot used it which made me purchased a hefty day pass for 25$. I spent 1 hour in the gym and I received an email stating "enjoy your one day free access". I confronted the associate and he said that the email was the day pass I purchased. I purchased the day pass in the front desk without them taking my personal info, they just basically swiped my card. How can they identify my email? This associate is named Eli. Never approach him, because of him I will never come back again!

Lots of equipment. 2 Racquet ball courts. Pool, sauna,  steam, whirlpool, basketball court . Spin, weight, floor exercise  rooms.
Could do a faster  job on equipment repairs. Once a machine breaks down it seems to.take a long tome before its fixed.
Could  clean locker rooms.more often.

This club is big and spacious . A lot of equipment and a lot of options when it comes to classes and personal training. I’m signed up in the Englewood Cliffs location but when i come to Paramus at night cause it’s close to my place of work. Ladies locker room is always clean everyone smiles and helps you willingly. I’m always greeted with a genuine smile and high energy by Lidia at the front when i walk in ! I’ve only been there a hand full of times but she notices if i missed a few days and ask how I’ve been! They really try to make you feel like you’re not only a member but part of the 24 fitness family and it makes them Stand out and keeps me coming in ! So shout out to them! I do wish maybe they could have more people at night working or a cleaning staff it’s are large gym and i always only see 2 people in the front desk so it’s gotta be hard to keep the place as clean as they do !

Very big gym, lots of equipment, lots of classes. The bathrooms are clean. Gets crowded after work, but not terrible. I took a spin class there, likes it. Staff are friendly. Equipment is in good clean condition. Huge basketball court that you can look down from the treadmills.

The night crew is amazing! They always greet me when I come & go. Great basketball courts & I highly recommend the open space facility
