Best gym ever! No excuse not to join! 24hrs, daycare, free classes included in membership, yoga, serious fit, inexpensive, super clean, protein shakes, meals, lots of parking, friendly staff! What more is needed?! The 60 days notice is told to EVERYBODY when they sign up and Is emailed to you with the email you provide. If that's an issue you should've listened up when you join.

This comes up on a search for powerlifting gym. It is NOT a powerlifting gym! I went on a week pass and one of the private trainers who is a powerlifter let me use their area to do deadlifts. I was using bumper plates on a platform and 405 was shaking the building. The manager said it was bothering the tutoring school adjacent to the gym. I told him maybe they should have put their gym in a different building and walked out.

Very well organized gym with a great manager - Richie! If you need any help or have any questions about gym hours, classes etc.,  he is the one who will help you ;)
