I went to this pet shop today and while the Child who was the only person running the store was very friendly he was still only a child. Maybe 12 or 13 years old. The place smelled disgusting. Fish tanks were green. And the animals looked scared. Any healthy puppy would perk up and get excited when they see a human, the puppies at Noah’s ark didn’t even lift their heads. The dogs had read eyes and they looked so unhealthy. The whole place just felt dingy. I will definitely never go back here.

Absolutely horrible service. No business should treat customers the way that they do. EXTREMELY unprofessional. They really have no excuse for some of the things they say to people; in person or on a Review Comment. Completely unacceptable.

First of all, I am confused how you come to the conclusion that I or any other reviewer has never done business with you. My first guess is to assume that it’s because the rumors are true: you guys FORCE people to give you a 5 star, positive review before you let them leave with their purchase. (By the way, that’s HORRIBLE business.) 
Second, I have no earthly idea who Noah is, so you can stop beating around the bush with these red-herring assumptions. 
And finally, I called you out on your business and customer service. You do not even have to walk into your store (which I HAVE) to witness/be a part of the HORRIBLE way that you guys conduct your business. If your reaction to this is to call me juvenile and malicious, then, though I clearly had enough evidence before, at least your comments prove my point even more.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!! They terribly mistreat their animals. Many people have been duped into way overpaying for sick animals from Noah's Ark. In addition to needing a management overhaul, they desperately need a new PR person. Just take a look at all the 1 star reviews. Horrible, rude responses from management. Whoever is responding undermines everyone by flat-out telling them they're lying about their experience and treating the person like they're an imbecile. NOT. OKAY. Their malicious responses to negative reviews demonstrates how terrible their business practices are/how inept they are at quality customer service. If they're treating people like this, just imagine how badly they're treating their animals. Additionally, look up stories from employees who used to work there... it is absolutely unreal how they treat the staff there, the customers, and the poor animals. Wondering how they have a 4 star rating if their service is this awful? Read through the reviews... they MAKE people leave a 5 star review before they leave. So manipulative and twisted. I cannot emphasize enough... DO NOT BUY A PET FROM NOAH'S ARK! *cue rude response from management to my negative review😅

This place is AWFUL!!!! They mistreat the dogs. There’s been so many people trying to get them shut down even past workers telling horror stories! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! I’ve seen dogs that barely fit into the cages. There was a Great Dane that was folded in half just to fit in the cage and they didn’t even lower his price even though he was nearly full grown!! The puppies look like they have been drugged or are really sick! Please do not get a puppy from here!!!!!

Store always REEKS!  Puppies have histories of being incredibly sick.  Parvo very common.  Majority of birds have been owner releases that they slap retail prices on without any medical follow ups.  Disgusting people.  Have been ran out of other cities in past.  Avoid at all costs!

Update:  My review is based off of personal experience, previous employees, previous customers, and local vet offices.  And yes even know a person that thought youd be a good home for her animal only to see it for sale the next day for thousands of dollars.  One vet being quoted as "we get a lot of parvo cases from that store."   Since you went personal and Googled me.  You should of googled better as an online and reptile show only breeder isn't competitive to a local pet store that doesn't sell reptiles.  Also petition has been started to get the store closed down.  I showed evidence the owner has had multiple stores in multiple states that were shut down.  How did that "big new store" work out btw?  3 months?
