First time being at a noodles and company and will never go back. Two people out of my group and I got servied noodles that were undercooked and still crunchy. When we told the lady who brought us our food that they were well underdone she said she would grab her manager and he would speak to us. We waited for a bit not even touching our food then the manager comes over and asked us if we were the table with the uncooked food and then just gave us coupons for our next meal. No offer to fix it or make it better. Then we left and one from our group got sick we had to stop on our way home and she threw up. Needless to say, we weren't pleased by their service or food at this location.

Lost my business for good. Over $40 for two spaghettis and two breads that were rubbery? And my spaghetti is never how I want it no matter how specific I get and how much I beg them to make it correctly. 2 stars for the few decent employees you have. ✌

This Noodles & Company is just as good as all the rest of them. The one nice thing it has going for it is a really great rooftop patio, and an excellent location in relation to CSU.

Found a hair in my pasta. Looked back in the kitchen to see a worker with a huge beard and no beard net. 

Go to the other noodles location off timberline and Harmony - never had this issue there.
