Great sandwiches, but always seems to take a really long time to get our order. If I remember, I'll call it in before I leave work, some 10+ minutes before. The staff seems okay, but never really happy or welcoming.

While I love The Taste Of Philly brand, I would not go here again. Part of our order did not even make it on the ticket. When we called to inquire about our missing sandwich the manager Jeremy  said we were not charged for the sandwich (not the problem) and couldn't admit to messing up the order. He then pretended that he couldn't hear us and hung up. The food we did get took 20 minutes longer to receive than anticipated (not ideal when you only have a 45 minute lunch hour). Overall bad customer service, long wait times and dirty looking staff. Will not be back to this location.

Best cheesesteak in the area, coming from someone who lived in Philly, this place is not bad. I would give 5 stars but numerous times i had to drive twice to the store to return my order because they didn't make it correctly. this has happened over 5 times now.....

Good food, good customer service, the owner seems like a really chill guy. Overall good vibes from this place. They never disappoint.
