First time going there. We ordered 4 different subs and they all were delicious. The staff was very polite and helpful. We will definitely be going back in the future.

TERRIBLE service! Came here with two little kids and waited to place our order with the employee who didn't even make eye contact or acknowledge us. While waiting I asked for the code to use the locked bathroom for my son who urgently had to use the bathroom. I asked for the code and without making eye contact, the employee said "It will be on the bottom of your receipt". When I asked again for the code he completely ignored me. My son ended up having an accident after we walked out. I called back to ask for his manager and he said he WAS the manager. I am surprised this place is still in business with a manager like this. Horrible experience - will not be supporting this business at any of it's locations.

I don't know how anyone could possibly be satisfied with Silver Mine Subs, as they seem to put the absolute bare minimum amount of effort into their sandwiches. Everything I have ever tried has been an uninspired, sad excuse for a sub. 2 stars, because it isn't garbage, but if you have a shred of self-respect, you'll avoid this overpriced sandwich wasteland and seek out a meal with a hint of flavor - might I suggest Cheba Hut, or basically any other restaurant in Fort Collins. The staff is mediocre, which is more than I can say for any sub on the menu.

First of all if any management reads this, I'd be eager to talk more about it. Absolutely rude, no matter how nice you are. I called and placed an order for $35 apparently, which would make sense if Barbra didn't say she applied a discount that changed nothing, which i didn't mind paying for mind you. She says she had other deliveries out and "would get it here at sometime", witch I replied with asking "So about 45 or an hour or so?" And she says "hopefully" with a rude tone and hangs up. Not a problem if she wants to be like that, but when i called back to cancel my order and refund my $35, she hung up on me while i was asking for a refund. I called back again to hear "YUP" and again hung up. Now whatever, i dont mind because i live in a place where i can just choose another place to order food. I also NEVER leave reviews, i just dont. But this is just ridiculous. I spend close to $ 700 a week for myself and my employees lunches/dinners because we work intense hours. I'm more than polite to people who provide services like such, im never rude but this was appalling. You'll never see a penny of mine.
