Noodles and Co. is a nice little “fast-food” noodle chain for when you’re craving pasta but don’t want to break the bank with an Italian restaurant. The dishes won’t wow you, but is gets the job done at an affordable price. This particular location has a cute (though dimly lit) decor with plenty of seating. You’ll receive a number tent after ordering and can sit wherever you please. The food itself was very mediocre. But everything came out fairly quickly, which is something. I had the Alfredo MontAmore but also tried the Wisconsin Mac & Cheese and the Korean BBQ meat balls. Overall, the pastas were bland and left you feeling like a seasoning or key ingredient was missing. The meat balls tasted a bit rubbery and were COVERED in a syrupy sauce that I can only describe as not-Korean-barbecue-sauce. The food really doesn’t wow, but it’s hard to get quality pasta at such a low price point. Not a bad spot if you’re in need a quick bite. There is ample parking in the back and make sure to grab some Cold Stone next door before you head home.

It had been years since we had visited. We had not gone as the food seemed overpriced for pasta dishes. Upon giving it another try we did a To Go order online during a slow off hours time. Assuming the order was correct we took it home only to find our grilled chicken was missing from the salad. We called the store and were told we would be refunded for the chicken. We never were refunded the couple dollars. When faced with an opportunity to fix a mistake they made a couple dollars more valuable than a happy customer who will return. Any competition out there would not have just offered to refund the chicken they did not provide but at a minimum the salad or the whole order as they would realize it is not about a couple of dollars but the dining experience.

I eat at Noodles and Company all the time and was disgusted to find out that this location keeps their Sriracha behind the counter. At other locations customers can use them freely, however, at this location it's sparingly rationed and not accessible to customers. Hmm... Wondering if this is based on assumptions about the people they serve as they are in a brown neighborhood. The Noodles and Company's in more privileged neighborhoods DO NOT disrespect and make negative assumptions about their customers.

I ordered the Japanese pan noodles (with steak) which a few dollars extra! And i only got a few pieces of meat, rip off!

When I first started coming to this location I thought it was great. The last couple shots I've given this location, my experience has gotten worse and worse. Last time they ran out of half the items that are listed for the dish I ordered, didn't inform me and gave me the meal as if I wouldn't notice. This time it wasn't a matter of them running out of items, but rather forgetting to even put them in meal. When I asked for the missing items to be added to my meal I was met with an attitude as if I was asking FAR too much. This will be my last visit.
