The price was decent but impossible to figure out before you actually order unless you want to do some math. The bowl ideas that they have up on the board only have calorie counts next to them. In order to get the price, the employee basically told me to look at all the ingredients and then see how much every individual thing cost and add it all up. Half the drink options in the machine weren't avaliable. At least half the tables were dirty even though the place wasn't busy AT ALL. I was one of 3 groups of people eating there. My dish was decent but definitely could use more vegetables and meat (especially considering how much it costs to add "protein"). I had a hard time finding clean silverware because it all had food bits or something sticky stuck to them.

Foods okay, cheap quick and just good enough. The entire staff though seem like they don’t want to work there. I don’t blame them for that attitude but if you’ve worked customer service, you know you have to fake a smile and attitude at least.

Not only were your employees rude but food was not even good. The mac and cheese wasn't cheesy at all. When we asked for more cheese we were given rude looks. They were also pointing and talking about us. Where is the manager? Who trained these employees to be ignorant, rude, childish people? 1 out of 3 meals were good. Also asked for extra barbeque sauce and was given not even half a tiny cup with bbq sauce. All of you should clearly be fired. Your job is so simple and you can't even do that right and fake a smile. As a past employee of noodles and company I am extremely disappointed in everything about this visit. 150% worst noodles experience I've had in 4 years.

I have been to this store several times but this last time was a bit shocking. There were two of us that ordered and we ordered the same size meal (medium). When the bowls arrived our portions were not even close to the same. I said something and the young lady was very nice and said she will check. After about 10 minutes she came back and she said she was told that "corporate told them they have to reduce the portions". I then said "I understand but if that was so both of our portions should have been reduced equally". She agreed and said she would have the manager come over and talk to us. We waited patiently for the manager and after about 20 minutes of waiting I finally went to the counter. The girl I had spoken to turned to me, came over and said softly "I am so sorry I told the manager". I then asked her if that was the manager (looking at an employee in the back of the store). She started to say yes and at that moment the manager Stephanie came running over. Stephanie yelled at me "don't you point at me". I told her I was not pointing at her and that I was simply asking the employee if you were the manager. Stephanie then said I told you don't point at me. I decided to move to the point of why I was there. I said I was waiting to talk to her and she interrupted me and said we are very busy here (note they had about 10 customers in the one hour I was there). I said I understand but I have been waiting for her for a long time. She said "I know exactly how long you have been waiting". This kind of through me over the top so I said "oh you do" and she said "yes". I then asked her how long have we been waiting and she replied with "I have no idea" and proceeded to say I don't have time for this, turned and walked away. I then turned to the person who rang me up and asked for a refund. She said "of course" and followed it up with "I am so sorry, I am quitting this place". Simultaneously the other employee who had been helping me also apologized. I told them both they do not need to apologize to me and it is I who is sorry for them to have to be abused by the manager. I got my refund and left for the last time. Postscript - I had sent a letter to there corporate offices, gave it two weeks to hear something but did not so I finally called them and still heard nothing so I finally did this review. I did wish to give them a chance to respond.
