Great shoe section, but a surprisingly small handbag section with way too many bags by a brand I do not like. Wish they had more Kate spade and Tory Burch bags. Checkout fast courteous and fast.

We went to this Nordstrom Arden Fair yesterday early morning. We were looking for a specific product and were struggling to find it. An employee named Jonathan, a very kind young man, took the time to help us out. He not only found the product in the back, brought it to us, but also patiently helped us put it in our basket. This young man went above and beyond to help us. He was also very courteous and polite. The place is very clean and organized. Parking was easy. The whole experience was great but most of all, the awesome customer service was excellent!! Thank you Jonathan!!

Love their customer service. Second to none. And they price match! Saved 30% on a pair of shoes for my daughter today thanks to their price matching policy.

I love Whitney and Stefan! Look for them as for the I think i am better than you rest of em' forget about it! Especially the perfume MANAGER! OMG I probably own almost more than half of the perfume in that store and she treated me as if i couldn't afford one! Save your apology gifts, change needs to happen!
