Very poor customer service! The return policy is terribly, they don't even try to make an effort to help you. No wandering Why Nordstrom or Macy's is always pack and loft is always empty.

I really like Loft, and I feel like I can always find something that works for me. Most of the time I go into the store with the intentions of buying one or two items, however I usually over spend because I like the store. Although I would like to go into detail on my shopping experience inside of the store (not good) I will just get to the point of this review. Absolutely NO Customer service! Bridget (store manager) was rude to me when I called about an order I placed over the phone with Chloe (sales associate). Apparently the store does not take over the phone orders, however Chloe "placed my order" and I was told I would receive an online conformation. Two days later... No conformation. Needless to say after calling to follow up on my order, I was treated as though my concerns were not valid. In addition to the lack of empathy & respect, Bridget Was dismissive and short with me. I feel like the message was loud and clear... YOUR BUSINESS ISN'T WELCOMED HERE... I got the message.... So I do not plan to go back. Furthermore, I intend to contact Bridget's boss.
