Great place for finding brand named clothes in great condition. I always find something different than usual that's why I like shopping here. I love how they have Pink workout clothes and great prices too.

This place has changed so much from back in the day. Crossroads used to be diverse and cool. Now its employees are a bunch of pretentious hipsters and the product is overpriced and pretty lame. Thank goodness for places like Freestyle.

Friendly staff, HUGE selection. They carry way more than just beauty products (lots of cute purses, gift items, etc.)

I know that exchanging clothes for cash is always a risk. People will take advantage of such exchanges by going to EcoThrift or Goodwill Outlets and pay pennies for brand-name clothes they do not wear; then bring them into Crossroads for re-sale. However, to customers such as myself, that have good jobs and enjoy playing dress-up, I am sad to say that Crossroads is no longer my "go-to" spot for cute, reasonable clothes, or for trading clothes. That being said, I rather keep the quality clothing I own than get $17 back for 4-5 funky, fun, on-trend, brand name items. They are defeating their own purpose. In addition, the selection of items sold on the floor is not in good shape. If you're looking for quality dressy/casual workwear at a fraction of the price, go to the Goodwill store in Elk Grove, EcoThrift on Florin, and Salvation Army spots in Roseville. If you're looking to get cash back for clothing you paid for, wore once, or decided you didn't want to keep it but have no receipt to return the item, try selling online or through apps. If you bundle your clothing by size and set one price (like $20 for 3 pairs of quality size 11 jeans) you're more likely to get cash through serious buyers. It sucks but I think the scumbags ruined it for honest consumers. My hope is that Crossroads grows into a more honest business and hires people with a tad bit more....tact.

One worker told me to bring back all my stuff in the spring that the would buy it . The next worker told me that they would not buy it and they tried to give me 8 $ for a mk purse that nothing was wrong with only used once. The workers only buys what they would wear and not what's in style .
