American-based department store located in downtown WC. Workers at every department are nice and helpful like their first day on the job. Easy to get around well-maintained clean and organized. I bought several items here on impulse so a returned was necessary. They never give me any trouble of returning anything as long as there's a receipt, tags on, not worn, or wash is basically all you need. No questions asked as to why it was returned. Restroom is sparkling clean with no maintenance log seen.

Great selection of clothing and shoes! Excellent customer service, I came in to purchase a few things and service was quick and everyone was very helpful. I also had lunch at the cafe on the 3rd floor, the cashier offered his recommendation and I’m glad I went! Great in door and outdoor seating areas, service was fast and the server checked on me several times. I will be returning!

I like Nordstrom. The store seems very well run. The staff is friendly and always  available without being irritating. The place is impeccably clean. I would give them 4 stars if their kids shoes section was better. Not that they do not have variry, but there is always something they are missing size or color wise. It is annoying because I walk in there eeith the intent to buy something for the kids and instead walk out and have to look for other options. Remember, Nordstrom, kids shoes are almost always an emergency. :)

The store was very clean and enviting. My customer service experience in Women Shoes was very prompt and professional. My experience at the MAC counter was rushed and the make-up artists we're very disengaging, was a bit disappointed. The overall store is very beautiful.

Used to shop Nordstrom over the years, but haven't been there in awhile.  Made a point to check out the old Walnut Creek store today.  I was impressed with the cleanliness, decor, and lay out as I walked through.  Some of the employees lacked the sharp, snappy appearance I used to not at Nordstrom stores, but other than that the floors sparkled, the cosmetics counters shined, and the jewelry sparkled as always.  In this day and age of the "great brick and mortar slide" it is a pleasure to see Nordstrom is trying to stay at the top, bothering to care about cleanliness and presentation is important.  They get, and few others do.
