I was under the impression for past few years that Nordstrom is the best place to shop and are known their customer service. However this one experience has put a really bad taste in my perception. Michael (probably a shift leader or part time manager) at Men's clothing is extremely rude in his approach in offering solution or providing customer service let lone being apologetic about forgetting with work on suits or even locating the items bought and paid for 3 days ago. Bought almost $1000 worth of clothes for one of the poorest and rudest customer service experience. Better shop online and request a pick up if you must shop at Nordstrom Oak Brook Center.

Staff are not very welcoming. Store is clean with nice atmosphere. But could definitely use more helpful employees.

My sister had brought me some sunglasses and the glasses didn't fit my face. I sent her to return the sunglasses in the store with the receipt. They wouldn't return them because the employee that sold them didn't match the glasses with the box. She was very patient with them and she even sent me videos how rules they were treating her that night. The employee was in the store that sold the glasses and was telling them those was the glasses he sold. She ask for the corporate number and Kirsten the manager walked off on her like she wasn't talking. I called the next day and ask for Corporate number and they still didn't give it to me. I was told someone would be in contact with me. It took them a whole week to get back to me after they investigated the purchased. I was told to come in and return the glasses get there and still have to go through the process of the sticker matching. It took me hour to return glasses. I had time to observe the lady passing out samples and how she would only approach Caucasian and I thought I was just mad but then another lady brought it to her attention that she passed the sample to the three in front of her and didn't even attempt to give her one. After they got the glasses straighten out I got the return and ask for corporate number and still didn't get them. So if I can get corporate number from here please leave it in the comments!

Pretty gardens good place to walk if weather is nice. Stores are higher end price. Did not find bubble tea.

My first time at that location, I had a great experience. The sales person Megan M. was very helpful and pleasant.
