Loved shopping here! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They took the items I wanted to try on and set them up for me in a dressing room so I didn’t have to walk around with a ton of clothes in my arms. Torrid has lots of fashionable clothing items and a ton of variety! Sizes start at 10, so there’s something for everyone!

Love Torrid! But this store has really gone down hill in the last two years. The usually friendly staff was rude and impatient. They kicked us out of our changing rooms without even asking if we were done. We had to search for the clothing we wanted again! The chick didn't even apologize! The store setup was really crowded and sizes were limited. It was hard to shop without getting in other peoples way, and there were not many people shopping. I'll stick to online shopping.

I love this store! The staff is always polite and helpful. The clothes are very nice. The store is always clean and nicely organized.

The women that work in there are awesome. Great customer service. I did spend 45 minutes looking for the perfect shirt to go with some boots i picked out that were on clearance. When i went to go checkout the cashier noticed that the boots that she went to the back to get for me were 2 different sizes. Wasted all that time on the day before xmas eve! 😒 love their sales!

I love this place! If you're a bigger woman this place will make you feel accepted and beautiful. There are clothes that will even make you feel downright sexy. I have been losing weight and even though I am no where near a size 0 (currently between L and XL) , at Torrid though, I can fit into a size 0. It makes me feel even more excited about losing weight. And the clothes are gorgeous. They have all kinds of styles for all kinds of body types. They have tops, jeans & slacks, dresses, lingerie, shoes, and accessories. Complete a full look here. Just be forewarned even with the sales, prices can be pretty steep. So if you need a new outfit or a little something special for a special night and want to feel amazing about it, give Torrid a shot.
