The prices were reasonable and they did have some good sales. The dressing rooms definitely need cleaning though. Very dirty carpet, which made me feel uncomfortable with putting my purse on anything.

A $200.00 CASH PAYMENT WAS MADE AT THIS STORE DOWNTOWN PHOENIX ARIZONA BY ONE OF THEIR MANAGERS. THE CASH TRANSACTION WENT TO SOMEONE'S ACCOUNT AND NOT MINES. THIS HAPPENED ON NOVEMBER 16, 2014 AND I HAVE BEEN FIGHTING WITH THEM TO FIX THE MISTAKE THAT WAS MADE ON THEIR BEHALF. THIS MORNING I GET A CALL FROM NY&C SAYING WITHOUT THE RECEIPT THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO. SO NOW THEY WANT ME TO BELIEVE I AM OUT OF $200.00 DOLLARS AND MY ACCOUNT IS CLOSED OUT. MY MONEY, MY CREDIT NOT THEIRS. CHANNEL 3 NEWS WILL BE HEARING ABOUT THIS AND I WILL FIND A LAWYER TO LOOK INTO THIS. THERE IS NO WAY YOU CAN TELL ME THAT I AM OUT OF 200 DOLLARS IN CASH AND MY CREDIT IS IN JEOPARDY. SORRY NY&C, NOT THE RIGHT CUSTOMER. YOUR NOT GOING TO GET AWAY WITH THIS.

I had to special order two items in-store because they did not have petite sizes. I was told the order would be shipped directly to me, but instead my order was randomly sent to another NY&C store almost 30 minutes away from me. I called customer service and was told they would look into my order and I would receive an email within 48 hours with the resolution. 3 days later, I still have not heard anything from them. 

Never order anything in-store here. Also expect to wait long lines at the cash register because they seem understaffed.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The sales associates are extremely rude and unhappy to provide even the most basic of customer service. Do not even think about asking to return an item without a receipt for store credit, as it will be a horrible inconvenience to the staff who will be nothing but rude to you. I was reminded of why I do not shop at this store. Terrible, rude, mean staff.
