This is always well-stocked and well organized, with excellent markdowns. Unlike most discounted places (Marshall, TJ Max, Ross), it is easy to find things. Evidently, the staff is attentive to the store and keeping it organized. I love taking the time to explore new styles, and the Nordstrom gang makes this Easy! However, there is often a long line at checkout at any time. More cashier's would be great!

Its great when there's sales. The store is clean and staff are friendly. The only annoying factor is when you go to pay they ask you for your email address, your phone number, if you want to open up their credit card. I know certain stores do this but I just want to pay and move on.

Nice selection of men's and women's clothing and accessories. Rotating stock of major brands like Tommy Hilfiger, Ralph Lauren and Nautica. They carry large variety of shoe sizes up to men's 16. Located on the third level of the Willow Grove Park Mall. Access to parking on back end of Mall. Signs for Norstrams on second level only lead to a Mall entrance not directly to the store.
