Worst experience ever..I don’t like forever 21 but gave it the benefit of the doubt because my friend wanted to go in.. the employees were all so rude and being obnoxiously loud with eachother. Totally unprofessional and making me uncomfortable. The girl cashiers were being rude to customers as well. I would be embarrassed if that was my store! Will not be back.

Like many reviews before me, I also had a terrible experience shopping at this store. Today was my first time going to this location and I don't even shop at Forever 21; I just went inside to buy a new dress and was told by a friend to check the store out. I also saw how cluttered and unorganized the merchandise was, which I can live with, but for me the customer service was the absolute worse! It was obvious to me that management wasn't doing its job because the whole time I was there the employees would be gathering on the floor gossiping and and complaining about customers. They would even watch customers and talk trash about them, and when a customer asks them for help they don't even try to act professional they openly show their disinterest and try to pass customers off to someone else...and don't get me started with the little divas at the registers! When I was in line this kid kept whining out loud about how she hated working here and wished all the customers would go away. She then proceeded to whip out a bag of cheetos and started eating at the register, continuing to whine with the other kid who was ringing me up. After I paid, the kid ringing me up just dropped the bag on the counter and walked away to text on her phone, not even a smile or a "thank you have a nice day". Absolutely rude employees! The clothes were not the worst so i'm willing to give Forever 21 another chance but definitely NOT at this location!
