I found out I was pregnant with my first child in 2013 and had no idea what to do. A friend referred me to this place and I requested a female doctor and I received Anika Walker. Me and my husband really liked her and she was straight forward and answered any questions we had. I never had a problem with the staff and waiting was never a problem. Me and my husband are planning our 2nd child and I will be coming back here.

Long wait times. One doctor... I don't see how they only have one doctor... all the staff has an attitude problem. They think they're entitled or better than everyone. They make things as inconvenient as possible.

Refuse to see me because of a bill in collections. They won't even see me if I make payments on the bill, until it's completely paid off. They have absolutely no concern for their patients whatsoever. Even when you've been witn them for years.

Had a great experience with my personal doctor and her assistant, however after delivery is a completely different outlook all together. I delivered on 10/20 at Orange park medical center where everything was great, during delivery I may have pinched my nerve in my neck and told the staff from the onset that I am unable to move my neck,  head and upper body. While in the hospital I was given medications to dull the pain, upon release the issue was still on going and I made sure to let the on call physician for North FL aware prior to my discharge. I was given a small amount of medication and told to ice and heat upper neck. I have followed these directions to the exact and no ease of the on going issue.... This is where I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND  this office is due to the rudeness and lack of help of the on call service provided. The nurse on call was Anika Walker, she called back promptly after I called the office to ask for help as I am still in much pain and unable to care for my newborn properly. Although the fast call back after leaving a message with the messaging service was a relief, her nonchalant attitude was not,  she offered no advice on how to alleviate this pain and did not offer to assist with a call out to any attending physicians that may have been on call for NFOBGYN or to the physicians  that I had seen only less than 12 hours before. She made it very clear there is nothing she can or will do and I can go to the ER, (sadly enough to acquire a new cost) to obtain any help for the ongoing condition they were aware of prior to my release. While I do  understand the nurse may have been limited in her capacity, this does not dismiss her attitude and lack of willingness to reach out for additional help for their patients.
