I can't say enough good things about this dealership. The customer service they provide is outstanding! Not to mention how helpful and genuine the employees are. Pristine was very informative and helpful with finding me the right car. With me being a first time buyer Pristine was sure to help me every step of the way and work with me as much as they could. I walked out with an amazing deal and an even better car than what I expected. My salesperson Tyler was also great. He was very professional and diligent about getting everything taken care of. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner (no wonder everybody there is fabulous). Bottom line, I definitely recommend this dealership and look forward to working with them in the future and having my car serviced there!!!!

We brought the car in because it was shaking in the back- they said the front roters needed to be shaved down and that would solve the problem.  That did NOT solve the problem- the car is only two years old and the brakes are fine!  The problem was the back tires needed to be balanced.  We called the dealership- they will not do anything about their mistake and mis-diagnosis.  We will never go back there and I will tell everyone I can not to use that dealership.

Very odd, I spoke with someone via email, he gave me a specific price on a vehicle. (written proof) When I came in they were trying to sell me the same car for 2k more than the discussed price. When I told them I wasn't going to buy it for more than the agreed price, they looked at me like I 
 had three heads. "WHY WOULD I SELL YOU MY CAR FOR TWO THOUSAND LESS THAN THE STICKER PRICE". When I got up to leave,  they told me they'd "work something out for me" meaning call my bank and get me approved for more, so they could sell me the car at the price THEY WANTED.  I was already bank backed at financed for well over the sticker price.  Very strange. I hope to never have to go back there again.
