I think the only reason why I would ever come to this dealership if due to the most professional/friendly service that I was given by Elaine Johnson. Not only is she intelligent but her product knowledge goes way over the top of any sales associate I have ever encountered.

Earl Stewart is so blessed to have  someone like that on his team. Keep up the great work Elaine and if you ever needed to find another position I would be more than happy to write you a letter of recommendation on your superior skills. Non other in the automotive market that is fore sure!

I am a first time car buyer and I expected that buying a new car will not be easy. This is probably the case if I went to other dealerships, but not in Earl Stewart Toyota. The moment I walk inside Alex greeted me. He thought that I was lost because I don't look like a customer, I look too young to be a car buyer  but he gave me a warm greeting anyways. Alex accompanied me test driving the 2017 Toyota Corolla, which I ended up buying. Alex was knowledgeable about the technologies that are included in 2017 Corolla. After the test drive, I proceed on buying the car. The whole process could have went smoothly if I brought the right check but because of my silly mistake I wasn't able to pay the car on that day but Alfonso(he was the sales manager, I think) got my back. Alfonso let me drive the car without paying it yet. Over all it was a good experience.  If you are planning to buy a car, I highly recommend to visit Earl Stewart Toyota first before going to other dealer.

P.S. The price I paid on my car was lower than they actually advertised online and I did not have to pay a dealership fee. Unlike the dealer around the area.

I never want to buy a car from anywhere else. 

 Seriously. I walked on the lot with no haggling. The price you see is the price you pay. The prices are fair. My car had a little bit of an odd smell and I complained about it and they paid for someone to come and remove the smell. Amazing customer service! Can't wait to give them lots more business

Excellent service. Spoke with Josh Stewart and resolved our situation quickly.  We looked forward in doing business for many years to come..  it's very hard to find a business that does the Right thing for their customer. But it will always comes back to them.

I purchased my 2017 at another dealership but when leaving work on a Friday after hurricane Irma I found I had a screw in my tire in a place that could not be repaired.  Earl Stewart was the closest dealer so I headed there.   They were wonderful.  They found out the tire was covered under my contract at the dealership where my car was purchased and had me on my way in no time at all. The service person could not have been nicer or more helpful and considerate
