I had a great experience at Mazda of Palm Beach.  Sales reps Jeanna and Toni were friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions.  I got a fair deal on a nice certified preowned car.  No annoying sales pressure.  Highly recommend.

After 3 weeks of searching used for my son's first car, stopped in at Mazda of Palm Beach.  They have a huge selection of used vehicles (and new) and I found an awesome affordable car for my son.  The staff there is amazing!!!  Mathew Olguin took care of us and he was just great!!  He didn't rush us, took us to test drive what we liked, and very knowledgeable about the entire process!! Shout out to Paul and Erica as well who also were more than accommodating!!!   Actually, shout out to everyone there...regardless that we were dealing with Mathew, every other person in there was courteous and genuinely concerned on how we were doing, if we had questions, etc...  I highly recommend them whether looking used or new!!!  Thank you all again for all your help and patience!!!  You all made what could have been a very stressful situation, easy and pleasant!!!

Best car buying experience  ever. John the manager was great to deal with. He promised that he would be straightforward  from beginning to end. He is a man of his word and a pleasure to do business with. Special Thanks to salesman Mike who went above and beyond...picked me up from my trade in at other dealer.

Arrived for a service appt. for routine mileage service. Sat in the car in front of a small office with a service advisor tapping on the computer.....never even making eye contact. Another advisor walked by my car window 3 times.......no contact of any kind. After about 5 minutes just sitting there, the fella in the office came out and proceeded to write up a ticket. Still don't know his name..... never introduced himself, and did not have a name tag.  I don't believe I saw anybody with a name tag.  We went into the office and for 10 to 15 minutes, he pecked on the computer with no interaction. At some point he told me what this service would cost. I was flabbergasted.  I've had the same type of service at at least six different Mazda dealerships in six different cities across Florida, Texas, and California. This was going to be at least four times what I've been used to paying and the service has always been impeccable. He went back to the computer. I finally asked him if I really needed to stick around for all this data entry. He showed me to the waiting room then returned back to his office. About 15 minutes later, I went back to the door to the service entry bay where I had left my car, it was still there, I told him we would get it taken care of somewhere else and we left.

Definitely the best car buying experience I have ever had. Super friendly, easy to work with. Got the vehicle I wanted with no haggling. Thanks Mike, John, and Jessica
