Worst vehicle buying experience I have ever had. I should have walked out in the beginning & never looked back. Turned out to be a 3 week nightmare. They would not accept a check from me for the purchase unless I filled out a credit application, which I refused to do. I had to go to the bank, withdraw the cash & bring it back. Finance manager was very arrogant.  He ended making numerous mistakes on the paperwork including not transferring over the plate. Instead he gave us a temporary tag. 20 days later title clerk called to ask for number on plate. Another mistake by Mr perfect, not to mention it was 3 wks & they hadn't even transferred it over yet. In between all that the truck was in shop most of that time because the so called mechanics couldn't get the brakes fixed properly. Also engine light was on which they cleared & noted , no problems.....wrong. we finally got it fixed by a reputable business. Amazing how this truck passed the so called "100 point inspection" by the way....we still don't have the registration or tag. TAKE NOTE...THESE MECHANICS DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING

This was the best car buying experience of my life! I always hate all the BS  that comes with car buying, but this was different. The price advertised was the price I got, no bait and switch. No drama in the finance room, no pushing warranties. My salesman, John, was awesome! I would highly recommend this dealership.

I've just purchased my second car at Mullinax and I couldn't be happier with the customer service and hassle free process. As I woman, it's hard to find a dealership you feel confident in what you're buying. I feel "safe" buying a car with them and this is huge for me. Chuck is amazing! He's knowledgeable, patient and give his clients a 5 start treatment. If you're looking for the best place to buy your car, this is it!

Absolute stellar customer service from start to finish. Kyle Brown is very detailed, worked diligently to get my family the best price for a great vehicle!! Thank you so much!!! A very caring guy. Mullinax is so fortunate to have such a dedicated employee!!!

I definitely recommend this dealership. I bought a car last Saturday from Billy the online sales manager, and it was probably the easiest auto transaction I've ever done. Fast, friendly, genuine staff. Not to mention the used vehicle came with a 12k mile powertrain warranty. Don't look pass this place.
