Sat at the curb with 10 other passengers waiting for the North Lot Shuttle to pick us up. The South Lot Shuttle came and went 3 times before ours finally showed up. No explanation. No apology. No nothing. Called the company # and, as predicted, got a recording. So typical of today's American work ethic and sense of pride. Of course they also have the monopoly at the airport, so no refund or recourse. So why am I even writing this?

Horrible people horrible walk horrible time, don't waste your money. Ended up needing to pay twice, and 50 dollars for 4 days even though they claim it is a 10 dollar a day fee. Our flight was canceled due to bad weather and had already had 70 dollars on our card, we attempted to drive through the gates and they wouldn't let us out, however it did charge our card, and we sat there for 45 minutes arguing with the lady because she said she couldn't do anything and had to pay cash or credit and refuses to help us even though our money was already taken off. After being fed up with waiting there we ask if they had a form so we can pay the additional 50 dollars later, again, the girl said no, and demanded again for our card or 50 dollars cash, which we have said 5 times at that point we have no money, it was on our sunpass. So she walks away. After a while she comes back and gives us the form we were asking for, takes our registration, and spends another 45 minutes filling things out, no hustle at all just completely at her own pace not caring that we had two other cars behind us, and then said we had to pay the 50. Will never use this again, I suggest no one else does, because if that wasn't the worst that happened as a few other people have said the drivers are terrible, the drivers will do everything at their own pace and not care about the passengers or the people at the airport, almost crashed three times because of the drivers, one came in to come pick us up, and then stopped, got out, and talked to the people in the office, just looking over at the 6 people needing a ride to the airport completely ignoring us, I swear they say florida has "southern hospitality" no, Florida just has a bunch of people who don't want to work and get paid to do nothing.

Today on 12/26/15 we got a shuttle around 7:34 am from the airport to the parking lot. Fist the driver was driving in the parking lot like he was in a hurry. We had to get to get off on the B stop witch he never stopped. Then i told him that my stop was the B and he got mad and started talking to me with in front of family in a bad tone. He even wanted to us get off where he stopped and we had to walk to our car with all our belonging. At the end i told him that he had to take us to the B stop due that that was a service that we had to pay for. I even dint understand well the his words due that he did not speak English very well. I never will use this parking lot again and to the management team i recommend to train your employees to treat well the people who pay for that service lousy customer service....
