Excellent service and price! I highly recommend this company. We arrived a little after 8 AM. A gentleman greeted us, unloaded our luggage and directed us to our parking space. Within 10 minutes we were on the shuttle and within another 10 minutes we and our luggage were dropped off right in front of the Carnival Magic terminal. Our driver unloaded our luggage directly into the hands of the Carnival staff. We tipped the driver and the luggage staff, but literally never had to touch our luggage. The driver gave us stickers and a card with a phone number to call for pickup upon our return. He suggested we try to disembark the ship as early as possible to avoid wait time. He explained that as the morning progresses the port becomes very busy and this can cause traffic delays which could impact wait times. We took his advice and disembarked the ship around 7:30. After going through customs we exited the terminal and waiting directly outside the door on the opposite side of the crosswalk was a gentleman with a sign "528 Port Parking." The driver met us and took our luggage from us. He said, " I will take these. You are still on vacation." We got in the van and waited about 5 minutes for some other guests to board, and then went directly to the parking area where our bags were loaded into our car. Our car was in perfect shape. The icing on the cake that put this company above the rest is what happen next. When we got home, I couldn't find my sail and sign card from the ship. This may not sound like a big deal, but I have been on quite a few cruises and I always save the cards and put them in a scrapbook. I called 528 Port Parking and spoke with Fred. I asked if he would look in the van and parking lot to see if I had dropped the card. To be honest, I didn't hold too much hope that they would find the card. They are very busy and have several vans; plus at least 3.5 hours had passed since we left the facility. However, I was pleasantly surprise when a couple of hours later Fred called me and told me he had found my card and would mail it to me. This act of kindness for something as trivial as a sign & sail card shows the character of a company. This is a company you can trust and count on to give you the best possible service. I am writing several reviews as I am very disappointed, upset, and angry with this place and it’s staff! Waited 1 hour for the bus that was supposed to be there in “15 minutes.” You don’t leave your place when I call you, you should already be there if it’s that far away! Or get more buses and drivers! I waited in the freezing cold and wind while you took your sweet, sweet, time and blamed it on traffic! We were sitting under a tent where you are supposed to wait for the bus to take you to the cruise when they guy told us the tent us constantly collapsing! Well thanks for the heads up! It didn’t collapse on us but that was very unprofessional! Also, after waiting for the bus for a very long time to go back, we got on the bus and they guy made us sit on the stairs of the bus and crouch down so he didn’t get in trouble! IF THESE PEOPLE WERE CAUGHT BY POLICE DOING THE THINGS THEY ARE DOING WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS THEY WOULD BE IN SERIOUS TROUBLE!

Best parking for the cruise. It didn't take long for us to unload, park our car and hop into the shuttle to the cruise - less than 30 mins. Driver and staff were very friendly and explained everything along the way. It's not too far from the cruise Port. They drop u off right where you load your bags. It's also easy to find the pick up shuttle, when you return. Easy to get off to join 528 and onto 1-95. I will use it again. Cheap too.

Absolutely awful service in both directions.... to the port and from the port. On the way to the ship it was pouring rain and there was a small tarp to house many passengers getting on to two different ships. We were made to trudge our suitcases through water and mud a good 30 yards to load them on the hot shuttle. We sat waiting for them to fill the shuttle, everyone soaked... The way back was another nightmare. We were second in line and had to wait 45 minutes for a shuttle to arrive... I asked the new employee who was checking us in if she was going to control the crowd that had accumulated while waiting and she assured me that we would be second to board. When the time came to load the shuttle, all of the people were charging to get on first. All of the group's that came long after us shoved their way through and got on first. I called her and she ignored me until I was livid and asking her what the hell was going on.. She said oh don't worry we have another shuttle on its way. 25 minutes later a shuttle finally arrived. When we arrived back to the lot their were people everywhere, trying to get to their cruise. Cars were blocking the entrance, it was raining and the nightmare continued. This was not a one time thing... They need a process and to train the staff. We are going out on another ship tomorrow. We cancelled the parking with them and booked elsewhere. The $5.00 cancellation fee is their tip cause they certainly didn't get anything from us with that kind of service. Do yourself a favor and don't book with this company, it just isn't worth the aggravation.... To 528 Port Parking, please spare yourself the time to comment. you lost a bunch of customers. The time will be better spent working on your strategy to move large groups of people...

Absolutely horrible, very disorganized not the drivers fault. Awaiting for a ride to the ship for over an hour in the hot sun. We were one of the first to arrive at the parking location along with others, attendant kept shifting people that had been waiting first from one side to the other. Last people to arrive were the first to board because of the confusion. Second bus came told us not to board yet cause she was making a U-turn and drove by 20 minutes later with a full bus and waved. Coming back from the cruise was even worse, you had elderly people standing holding on to a pole back to the parking lot. When we arrived back to the lot there were two buses and two Vans parked in the lot. In other words they made their money screw us. Never ever again! You should be ashamed of yourselves!
