Worst customer service and airport pick up. On return from our trip we a family of four was to be picked up at the airport. Two of us got on the the other two were told they could not get on as no space. They was two seating empty ad luggage rack had space for two carry on bags but still not allowed. I reached the place to pick up my car and was directed to stand in line with car rentals wen asked twice is this where I pick up my parked vehicle. Only after a 15minute wait was told I am in wrong line. Manager was called out and tried to solve the problem. Car was not brought up front when call from airport was made!!! The other two had yet not arrived from the airport and was told the shuttle went twice  and they were not there and upon my calls they were standing in the same spot where I was picked up. Seems people have no knowledge of their job and do not enjoy their job either. I will never use them again even if they are cheaper than others. I have used Fast Park and have been happy with their service as they are fast, friendly and hassle free.

I have been using payless since 2013. Never have a issue with them. I hope nothing change. Always on time, and helpful drivers..

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! MY CAR WAS STOLEN AT PAYLESS PARKING!! Don't spend your money and risk your car at this parking place.

I left the city on a holiday weekend. Initially I was planning to go Fast Park & Relax but this parking was completely full therefore I decided to go Payless parking which is next door. 
I handed-over my car to one of the employees, filled up the quick registration and took the shuttle to the airport. 
When I came back from the weekend, I asked for my car and showed my receipt number to one of the employees there. Surprisingly,  the person in the front window told me that the car was already delivered to someone else one day before.
Initially they thought that my car was mixed up with someone else's similar car but after asking many questions for few hours, we realized that Payless Parking handed-over my car to a person without the receipt, in a completely different time and returning date, and even worst, with a completely different signature than mine.
This means that any person can go there and pick up a car without a receipt and being checked.
The case is not solved yet, but I want all the people to be aware of the potential risk you will face when leaving your car there. 
I don't usually write reviews on web pages but this situation was above and beyond what I could even imagine.

Have fun trying to make a reservation. Apparently they would rather not deal with the reservation process and just want you to take your chances and show up.

I love this place it's a very safe spot where you can leave your car while you are out the town !
