THIS PLACE IS FRAUD! I BOOKED my reservations through EXPEDIA and confirmed $72.88; However, when I arrived and showed them proof of insurance..they FORCE you to take their insurance / additional $9-$12 per day...EVERYONE IN THE PLACE THAT WAS RENTING A CAR HAD AN ATTITUDE! then they tell you they need to hold your deductible ($500-$1000) on your credit card! REALLY! ? then try to cover it up with/look at "mandatory"..well I did and it says 'OUR INSURANCE IS NOT MANDATORY"...so! be careful!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND, ENCOURAGE, SUGGEST, MENTION THIS AS A RENTAL CAR PLACE..ITS MORE OF A LOAN SHARK-BUSINESS! THEY ARE RIP OFFS! OH! AND TO TOP IT OFF...THEY HAD TO CHANGE OUT CARS FOR ME..BECAUSE THE FIRST ONE IS DAMAGED! MAKE SURE YOU TAKE PHOTOS OF THE ENTIRE CAR INSIDE AND OUT! THEY CALLED ME THE NEXT DAY AND TOLD ME I HAD NOT RETURNED MY CAR! MAKE SURE YOU GET RECEIPTS FOR EVERYTHING THEY SAY!!!!! RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!! DO NOT RENT HERE!..... follow up.... service is horrible.....please report them as I did

Harassed and threatened. Forced to buy their insurance after I already bought a policy and was covered by my own policy. License plate fell off. They charged me 300 dollars for it. When I refused to pay they threatened to call the police. Supervisor Christopher did not allow me to discuss other options and refused three times to give me the managers phone number. Two other customers irate while I was there. They are under investigation by the Florida Attorney General's Office since June 2015.

I feel so bad for them that they are getting all these bad reviews. I don’t understand how. I’ve been here on 3 seperate occasions and 1 of them I was flying alone with 2 miserable toddlers and they helped me get my luggage on the bus and were SO nice. The place is very nice and clean. Never ever had an issue with the parking. I’m just shocked that I’m reading all these terrible reviews and almost feel like these reviews were paid for by competitors. Strikes me as odd...

Used this facility twice, my car was moved multiple times by staff. Both times there were people, who experienced damage to their vehicles. Chose not to use them a third time, just not worth the headache.
