I have been going to this office for 20+ years, and now agree with Jordan Yacko.  The staff used to be wonderful, but after they were acquired by Abington / Jefferson, much of the staff was replaced.  The office staff routinely does not answer the phone - sometimes taking several days to reach anyone.  Sometimes prescriptions are not sent to pharmacies - other times they are sent to a wrong pharmacy.  The staff does not seem to want to answer the telephone (short-staffed?), and can takes days to return a phone call.  Scheduling is a joke!  You are told to come back in six months, but are not able to schedule an appointment.  Several times, I have been told to call back in three months to schedule an appointment - only to later be told to call back in another month or two.  I was told to ask for a specific Doctor (with the lowest number of patients), but now that Doctor is not scheduling appointments for five months.  Their billing has been schlepped off-site, and their "rep" is outright rude and arrogant.  I have been over-billed several times.  It can take more than 18 months to fix a billing error (if they can fix it at all).  This is no longer a small, local Doctor's office, but rather, is now a mega-conglomerate boondoggle in a small package.  It's time to move!

Been coming here for years and just terrible place now. They never pick up the phone,  they close over an hour for lunch then close early whenever they want and take over a week to refill a simple script or get a referral.  Laziness is your only excuse. Get a new office manager please. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Would give zero stars if I could.

They scheduled myself and 2 other patients for a 3:45 appointment with the same nurse practitioner and i didn't get taken back into a room until 4:45. And the one receptionist is so unpleasant to speak with on the phone. You call the office and she will ask "what is wrong with you" instead of something friendlier.

So pissed at all of them cause today after work i headed down to there office at 3:46 pm and they were all gone for the day. Seriously what a bunch of lazy over paid people must be nice getting done so early..

I have been using this practice for over fifteen years, other family members also use them. The are kind, efficient and professional.
