Its quiet, friendly neighbors, and a creek runs through it!

Pretty nice place it's quite. Rent is more in the summer then the winter they have a community bathroom with showers always nice.

Nice RV park. Off Hwy 99 but very quiet. The only noise problem is the beeping trucks from backing up at the business next door. This goes on from about 7:30 AM during the week. Sites are small and not made for RVs with slideouts. Otherwise clean, management are very friendly.
