My pops bought a nice L shaped furniture over here and has dealt with Scott, so decided to head on up there to look at some bedrooms set and Scott was my guy. Knew a lot on the product and helped me out a lot. Best man to ask for!! Appreciate the help!

My wife and I purchased a John Thomas table, 8 chairs, and a breakfast buffet. All told we are in to this for close to $5,000.00. At the time of purchase our salesman, Doug-who was very nice, told us this particular brand is top of the line will last for years, and delivery will be 6-8 weeks. That was last February. It was finally delivered in June, with the wrong pulls on the breakfast buffet. In order to make up for the late delivery, the store gave us free delivery, and a discount on matching bar stools. The bar stools were delivered 5 weeks late. After about a month, my wife noticed the table was bowing in the middle. The center support leg is about 3/8 of an inch too short and doesn't even touch the floor. Kronheim's solution was to send someone to our house who put a single screw in the bottom of the leg with a disk the size of a quarter against the floor. The entire weight of the center of the table is resting on this screw. I sit here, yet again, waiting for Scott the manager to call me back. This is the third time I have called since the alleged repair, and still have not been able to talk to anyone... I cannot recommend shopping at this store. Although our table and chairs are beautiful, dealing with this store has been one headache after another, and we are not done yet...

I didn't like the way it smelled. It was very musty. The furniture looked fine but the smell turned me away.

Nice people. Costs less than the chain stores. Always has something good on sale if you look around.
