Repeat customer...I think half of our house is furnished with items from Best. Our most recent purchase was a new bedroom set. We spent days browsing multiple furniture stores, and couldn't find anything that compared to the sets we looked at online at Best. Upon arriving to the store, we were greeted at the door by John, then left alone to browse but he stayed close by and available to answer our TONS of questions. Our new bedroom set is on order, and Best saved us about $1000 from the competitors. Thanks again!

The furniture selection here is great. I really love the sectional and coffee table I bought. The folks in store are always helpful and polite whenever I’ve felt with them. They never once tried to up-sell me on anything, which is huge for me. My reason for giving four stars is for my delivery experience. The two gentlemen who delivered the furniture were awesome, speedy and polite. The issue lies not with them but the fact that the folks who loaded my furniture sent the wrong second half of my sectional. Basically instead of getting a left facing chaise, I got a right one. The correct piece will not be available for another 1-2 weeks they said. They did comp me my delivery fee of $70 and they apologized but it’s something that didn’t need to happen. I know it might be a rare thing to happen but it happened. The reason for the missing star is a lack of attention to detail.

Best prices around and I did some serious looking. Great customer service as well. I knew what I wanted, came in paid and then went to the warehouse right down the road to pick up our couch. As we were hauling it ourseleves on an open trailer, really happy they triple wrap the furniture. If ya can't haul it yourself, their delivery and set up fees are really affordable as well! The couch is beautiful and perfect. Highly recommended.

Great customer service , the delivery guys were right on time and cleaned up after themselves. There was a smal rip in the corner of the sectional due to it getting snagged because my doorway is very small. Best Furniture called me within an hour to schedule the repair! I ll will be recommending them to everyone!

I walked in here with a $1000 in my pocket looking for a recliner... But I guess because I am covered in tattoos and was wearing sweatpants and a hoodie the sales person simply pointed me to the section of the floor where I could find  Recliners and offered no help at all.... So as I walked around the store by myself looking at the floor models, A couple walk then and the same salesperson greeted them shook their hands and spent the next 20 minutes walking around with them. I find best furniture in mentor to be biased and prejudice, And the advise anybody if you do shop here you better look like you're made of money... I want to big lots furniture and since then have bought 2 $400 recliners and an entire sectional for $850... A big middle finger to best furniture...  You guys lost out on $1700.
