The appointment was very informational. It was super easy to ask questions and there were plenty of visuals to convey information, which was helpful. Everything was very conversational , which made it easy to ask questions. I didn't feel as though I would have been judged for the questions I asked.

Super easy to work with! Doctors and staff are really good at what they do and tell you how you can start to feel better regardless of your financial situation. I felt I was not pressured at all into buying anything I could not afford. They seem to really just want to help you feel better.

I was a patient of Dr. Schinke’s for over seven years. I always enjoyed seeing her and was always very satisfied with the service she provided. Although I recently tried to make an appointment and was informed that upon arrive I would have to pay for my visit in full prior to my insurance’s contribution. I was told this was due to a past due bill that had been paid but according to there records not in a “timely fashion”. I find it troubling that I am now on some naughty list over a past due $79.00 bill (which was paid) after they have collected thousands of dollars over the last seven year from me and my insurance company in a “timely fashion “. I will be looking for a new doctor first thing tomorrow!

Dr Tougas took the time to discuss my issues and explain care options. He was thorough and conscientious. I liked how well things were explained and options offered.

Dr. Tougas was very thorough, answered all questions, provided all options to treat my injury and talked through the pros/cons of each solution. This approach provided a lot of information and took some time which will explain why the wait for your appointment may be a bit long, however I view the service provided as more important and am happy for the personal attention to his patients.
