Very happy with my visit with Christine Jones PA-C today! She listens and truly cares about my health and well-being. I did not feel rushed at all. Will recommend her to anyone. Front desk did a great job as well.

I changed insurances, I asked if I was still covered with the new insurance and they said yes, they said "we are independent and we are providers for your new insurance" and gave me the appointments. Then the insurance didn't cover the services because they were not PPO providers and I got a bill. I talked to billing they showed doubts about my word as if I was lying and provided no solution. Very disappointed with them after being a patient for three years I think they could have done better.

I was extremely dissatisfied with my one and only visit to this place. The reason for my visit was to renew a prescription to a medicine I have been taking for a quite a long time to replace my hormones. I went to this place because I moved away from my former doctor who was glad to prescribe it for me but was 2 hours away. Dr Schmidt at this place only gave permission to get a few months of this medication with no refills after that.  she said that it is not regulated by the FDA even though it has worked for me for many years. She wanted me to take a different medication instead  that I found out has a full page of side effects. And she even tried without my permission to prescribe that medication for me. When I caught her at this she said to talk to her nurse. I would not recommend a place like this that tries to force you to take a medication that you do not want to take and refuses to renew your prescription that other doctors including my OBGYN surgeon knows is a safe effective medication.  Dr Schmidt is just concerned that she won't get any kickbacks because of prescribing this medication. That is very greedy! Don't go here at all!

**This joke of a doctor retired 2 weeks after i wrote this review.**

I wouldn't feel comfortable sending my friends and family to him. Dr Heyerdahl should not be a family practitioner. I honestly believe this guy is racist. I am Hispanic and even though I was 20 and spoke perfect English, he talked to me like I was a toddler. He also did this to my mother. He even knew that it bothered us, yet continued to do it anyways. Dr Heyerdahl, who'd already known about my family's financial problems, ordered multiple expensive tests without telling me about the cost, found nothing, and ended up putting me in more debt because of the bill. Do not trust this "doctor". He has no idea what hes doing and will most likely just write you a ton of prescriptions that wont work instead of trying to find out what is actually wrong with you. Dr Heyerdahl doesn't know how to deal with people who are not well off like himself. If he had one ounce of empathy he would've done something about the massive bill that he tricked me into having to pay. Dr. Heyerdahl, next time you perform that many tests to an unemployed uninsured patient, you should tell them how much it's going to cost beforehand. I'm sure you don't even care about me, my family or the other minority families that you take care of.
