The best veterinary office I’ve ever used. I love bringing my cats here where there are no other animal sounds or smells. The staff are so loving and caring of our pets they treat them as their own. So glad I found this practice.

Best veterinary office in the area! So thankful to have cat specialists nearby. After finding three newborn kittens outside and realizing their mom was not coming back, I decided to take them in. The staff here were beyond excited to see the little ones and Dr. Miller has been a lifesaver in helping me to get them on their feet and help them grow up! They are doing great thanks to her expert advice and the thoughtful care these people put into their work. The practice is very understanding and provides payment plans. 
 Additionally, the office is a very welcoming and warm environment. It's decorated adorably and the candy bowl and coffee doesn't hurt, either! (also, much cheaper than a lot of the clinics in the area, and not a dog in sight ;)

If you have a kitty, you SHOULD be using the NICC! They specialize only in felines, so you can be sure they are the best at putting the well being of your kitty first. We weren't able to save our kitty from a rare skin cancer, but the integrity and kindness of the doctors and staff here helped so very much during our difficult time. 
This should be the ONLY vet for your cat!

My experience at the Cat Clinic was the worst it can be. We brought our cat to the clinic because he was avoiding putting his weight on his front paw. Dr Schmidt suspected eosinophilic granuloma, which is a king disorder of unknown etiology, and prescribed antihistamine. The antihistamine did not help and the pain medication did not reduce his pain (I wouldn’t be surprised if they put plain water in the syringes). That visit cost us 872 dollars for an array of tests that were completely uncalled for. Their well coheres method to get the pet owner to part with 100’s of dollars is indicative of the attitude of the clinic towards the pets and the pet owner. They first showed me a bill for one set of tests that was close to $1000, but they already had another bill prepared for over $650. I believe this is no coincidence, this is a well rehearsed procedure to make the customer more pliable to part with his money. In this clinic they look at a cat but they see $$$. And if it seems that I am writing this negative review out of anger… absolutely I am angry. I was taken for a sucker by this clinic, so if you also want to be a sucker, take your cat to the Cat Clinic. Let them suck your money.
ps. The paw trouble was not because of eosinophilic granuloma.

Dr Miller has been great trying to diagnosis a rare condition in my cat. Unfortunately, it comes with a very extensive price tag.  I cancelled a vacation to pay for my cats care. Not everyone has that option. I wish the cost of care was more reasonable so more people would have the option to treat rather than euthanize.
