After an emergency visit in the middle of the night when my bulldog stopped using his back legs, the techs, staff and doctors were incredible and I knew my dog was in good hands. They called to walk me through the steps of his spinal procedure and called me afterwards to tell me to call as many times as needed ... and I did! When I went to get him, the tech that helped me was incredible. He walked me through the paperwork multiple times, answered my questions, made me feel like I was going to be capable to help out my dog when he still wasn't walking. After he healed up, I even started taking my dog to their rehab across the street. Incredible. I really can't thank you all enough. You're amazing.

The front desk said we didn't have an appointment even after having confirmed it a day ago, then found that they had scheduled it incorrectly. After this, they told us that they only allow interns to work with our rescue dogs for a reasonable rate, instead of doctors. They require an exorbitant amount of money in order for any rescue dog to be seen by a qualified professional because they consider them essentially lab rats for their interns. Unbelievable.

I had a poor experience with Dr Ness in Dermatology, who was very unfriendly and unhelpful to me and my dog. Not to mention, overpriced. My dog was nervous and he said to her "stop acting like an idiot" so I was offended by this. Then I had questions about if any of her moles needed to be biopsied and he said I should decide which ones should. I was like what? that's what I came to ask your opinion on.......what a waste of a $172 visit. Anyway, I recommend going instead to Arlington Heights Animal Hospital and seeing Dr. Kuhnle, she's very professional and helpful.

The staff was attentive and friendly. The doctors took great care of our dog after surgery and we were able to call any time of day and speak to a tech for an update. Will recommend to all our pet loving friends.

I have taken my french bulldog, Lily, to this hospital for 2 back surgeries from IVDD. The staff has been amazing with Lily and great with answering all of our questions. We would call 5 plus times a day, between my husband and I, to check in on our little girl after her surgeries while she was in the ICU and post op care. They would spend as much time as needed over the phone, to give details, answer our questions (sometimes twice). The after care was thoroughly explain after each surgery and we would feel comfortable calling with any questions when at home with her as well. They are a bit pricy, but worth every penny if you are dealing with serious pet injuries or surgeries. They have made us feel 100% comfortable leaving our fur baby in their care.
