AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! First off FALSE advertising. Pool and hot tub are not even working. Elevator is nasty. Rooms are disgusting floors dirty bathroom dirty. BUGS!!! Staff is unprofessional. Didn’t want to give us a refund when we were not even in the room 10mins after we said we can’t stay here. Save your money and save your sanity and do not book here. Unacceptable for a hotel. This place needs shut down. I would give zero stars if it let me.
First of all the room was disgusting looked as if the floor hadn't been cleaned ever . There are cockroaches. They have no breakfast. They have a to go bag which had a week old yogurt in it. The hallways smell horrible like a homeless encampment. I do not recommend this place .Rooms: 1/5
So disappointing... The room smelled like cigarettes, the long term guests were fist fighting in the parking lot, and our roof leaked on me as I was in the tub. I let the first two issues go but could not abide by a leaky roof for $160 a night. I asked for a room change or refund. The manager refused so here I am writing this review. Better to sleep in your car than in that slum of a hotel... simply nasty.
Breakfast is a brown bag to go Pool is drained and unusable Rooms not clean,bugs and Rochester Microwave had to much rust for me to use Bathroom sink wouldn't drain Rooms smell like cigarettes even though they are a smoke free Rooms: Dirty ,spiders and roaches Microwave unusable to much rust for me. After a cross country tour staying in many motels, this is the worst one. The worst. Cigarette burns all over a non-smoking room, a broken shower with no water, the keys never worked, the rudest staff imaginable. Avoid with extreme prejudice.Rooms: 1/5
It was a good experience . Everything is changed under the new management and the the good wives are coming again. Wow, I enjoy my whole trip. Thank you so much rancho, San Diego and switch. And the staff is so good. One with the specs is good guy. I came in the night and they attended me so good. I like that. Thank you so much, guys. Food & drinks: Yeah, there are nearly restaurants in food. So you don't have the problem to go somewhere for the restaurants
Overall this hotel is a good example of getting what you pay for. The rooms are clean and not super fancy. The pool was clean, but a bit small. There are some questionable people loitering about, but overall seems like a safe enough area. The staff was super nice and checked on us to make sure we didn’t need anything for our multi-day stay. We reserved a two bed room, which ended up being a two bedroom room. We definitely appreciated the surprise! Breakfasts are bagged, but makes it convenient for on the go.
Ricky at the Rancho San Diego Inn & Suites went way beyond the call of duty when it came to customer service. He made my stay enjoyable and exceeded all of my expectations.Rooms: 5/5

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Horrible. No pool - FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!! Looks as janky outside when you drive up as it is inside, except inside is even dirtier!! Literally dirt and debris in every corner of the room. You cannot walk barefoot without your feet being black with filth. There are various vagrants hanging around the parking lot/ outside of rooms on chairs. The front desk person doesn’t speak any English. In a room that sleeps 8 people for 4 nights they only had 4 towels in the bathroom, you can’t call for towels or help because the phone is literally unplugged from the wall- missing the entire cord!! Pretty sure this is required in case of emergency, see photo. The pool is literally green and not in use at all- from the looks of it it hasn’t been in use for years. Would never stay here knowing what I know now, don’t waste your money here!!! Noteworthy details: Dirty, no pool- False advertising!
