Who do they put in charge of answering calls? I called 3 weeks ago to schedule an appointment for new onset enlarged thyroid and I told them I had no insurance, they said no problem just bring in your checkstub. 3 weeks 3 appointment verification phone calls, 2 appointment verification text messages later and I arrive at my appointment only to be told they can't see me because in order to go by pay slide scale I need 3 consecutive pay stubs and two pieces of mail. I asked why no one told me this important information to bring when you guys called me and text me plenty of times. Her response was she dosen t know and would I like to reschedule. Hellllll nah!!!!! Get yall mess together nortshore.

Absolutely ridiculous. I waited 3 hours just to be told my prescription had been sent in already when I never once received a phone call. They also confused me with another patient and told me something seriously wrong was going on, when it turned out to not be for me at all ! Horrible..

Awful! Awful! And awful!!!! I'm expecting my 4th child, came to North shore thinking I would have a good experience, I was wrong!!!! The obgyn was very rude, mocked me when I had real concerns about my baby, and just was downright unprofessional. Never going back! Avoid them at all costs if you can!! I've never cried more today than I have in a long time.

I went here and ended up getting blood work done. I knew i had severe anemia and it had to be addressed immediately. After not hearing from them for about a week , I had a co-worker call and get the reaults faxed to our employer since we work for a physician. The results showed severe anemia " which is what i told her and brought previous reaults from 3 weeks prior" I am just now receiving a call aaking me to schedule a follow up for severe anemia 2 MONTHS LATER!! Thanks Northshore!! Not!! Go somewhere else!!
