Never again will my grandmother EVER come here. Extremely bad staff. My Gma was there for a month & only once got her meds. We constantly stayed on the nurse about this, but not much change. This place is a complete JOKE. Please stay far far away.

Great care of my beloved grandmother was given here, I only wish she could have stayed longer for the physical therapy. Staff was awesome, room was excellent, all my grandma's needs were met 100%. God bless everyone at Springmill. Oh, and let me add that I'm an RN who was fired from there! Hard to deal with, however I knew that the place was a 5 star facility. If you have to make a difficult decision regarding placement of your loved one, look no further. This is the best place to be.

Worst decision we could have made. Grandfather was in for 10 days and it was a nightmare with lingering effects. He had an older roommate who was constantly ignored and made fun of by the staff. My grandfather was helped on the toilet and forgot there for about 45 minutes. They say yes to everything and follow up with nothing. For the most part, the staff doesn't know how to smile and are not in the "working" spirit. Grandfather is allergic to latex and they used a latex catheter on him which caused infection. We made the decision to have home health care. Good points about the place - food was good, some great people on the staff (about 3 of 15 people we were subjected to) and physical therapy people were great.
