I actually had a really good experience. The nurses were very sweet and friendly to me and were very patient, knowledgeable and helpful. That being said, Indiana truly is one of the worst states to go to Planned Parenthood in. But all things considered this one was the best one in the state of Indiana.

First off, I came here because my Og-Gyn works for a Catholic practice and would not administer contraceptive, so she recommended planned parenthood. The last time I had been to one was 12 years ago and it was a good experience. Ladies, DO NOT go to this place. I have been trying to get the same contraceptive since September 2016 and my last unsuccessful appt was May 6, 2017. It's something EVERY single (scheduled) appt why they can't take care of me. My ins wasn't called, You need to come alone, they scheduled me on a day when a nurse wasn't even there and they can't figure out why, and even more excuses I can't even mention here. The wait time is ridiculous even though you make an appt in advance. At least an hour wait. It's completely unprofessional and for lack of a better term ghetto! If you have INS or a choice DON'T waist your time with this place. Not to mention the protesters harassing you when you go in and out of the place. I will simply be searching for a non-catholic Ob-Gyn to avoid this ghetto mess.

Another bad experience. They make you wait hours to get birth control and you have to jump through hoops while they play around beimg loud and stuff their face behind the desk. So unprofessional for a doctor's office. No wonder so many people need abortions. Ridiculous

I liked going there and I will go back. But this time was horrible. Waited over an hour and a half to be told I had to come back another day!!!!! Get your stuff together.

Very disappointed in the service that my daughter received. She had to wait 4 hours and the nurse who was examining her literally hurt her and she was in a lot of pain. The nurse had no idea what she was doing. She was very rude to my daughter and very disrespectful. i will never have my child go back there for any type of care.
